3 tbsp coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup blueberries (fresh or lightly warmed)
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp ground flaxseed
Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Stir chia seeds into coconut yogurt and let sit 5–10 mins.
Top with blueberries, flaxseed, and cinnamon.
Drizzle honey just before serving.
