Lemon Tahini Salmon Digestive Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet

  • 1 cup roasted carrots or sweet potato

  • ½ cup steamed spinach or kale

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Warm water + pinch sea salt

How to make

  1. Bake salmon at 180°C (350°F) until just cooked, approx 12-15mins.

  2. Roast vegetables until soft and steam greens gently.

  3. Whisk tahini, lemon juice, warm water, and salt.

  4. Plate vegetables, top with salmon, and drizzle sauce.
