Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • A few fresh mint leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

How to make

  1. Lightly crush fennel seeds.
  2. Add fennel and mint to a cup.
  3. Pour over hot water and cover.
  4. Leave it for 5–8 minutes, strain, add raw honey (optional) and drink warm.
